Rajiv Academy for Pharmacy, Mathura, a premier Pharmacy Institute in Uttar Pradesh, was established in 1999 with the main objective of imparting quality pharmaceutical education. The Institute is approved by apex professional bodies like Pharmacy Council of India (P C I), New Delhi, All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and is affiliated to Board of Technical Education (BTE), Luicknow and Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow. The Institute is imparting quality education in D.Pharm., B.Pharm., M.Pharm. and PhD courses.
The institute is approved as research centre by the Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow. The institute is having well qualified and experienced staff members who strive for academic excellence resulting in number of students achieving merit positions in the University list. The academic excellence is a result of excellent infrastructure in the form of well equipped laboratories. The Institute has fourteen well equipped laboratories with advanced instruments like FTIR, HPLC, UV & Visible Spectrophotometer, Brookfield Viscometer, Photomicrograph etc and various pharmaceutical machineries in machine room. The class rooms are provided with OHP, LCD and slide projector facilities. The students are exposed to lectures by invited professional dignitaries of national and international repute.

The Institute also nurtures an established and effective Training and Placement cell. It is a matter of pride that the Institute enjoys 100 % placement of its students in pharmaceutical houses like Sun Pharma, Panacea Biotech, Alembic Pharmaceutical Ltd., Alkems Laboratories Ltd., Abbott Laboratories, Dabur, Ind-Swift Laboratories, Novique Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd., Ahlcon Parenterals (P) Ltd, Bhiwadi, Apex Laboratories Chennai, Shreya Life Sciences, Ipca Laboratories, Pfizer India Ltd to name some. The students are also working in Government Drug Control Department, Government Drug Testing Laboratories and Patent office. The students are well absorbed in production, marketing and Research and Development, Quality Control, Quality Assurance sections of the manufacturing units.
